The partnership debuts the Fire Shrimp Pasta, a bold, scratch-cooked meal launching nationwide online and in all Everytable storefronts available now.
The platinum-certified artist has garnered hundreds of millions of streams across all platforms, with his breakout hit single “Soak City” surpassing 250 million streams on Spotify and over 50 million views on YouTube. 310babii was also featured on “YAYA” alongside Snoop Dogg, solidifying his place as one of hip-hop’s most exciting voices on the rise.
The culinary remix, born from hands-on sessions in the Everytable kitchen with 310babii and Everytable’s VP of Culinary, Michelin-Trained Chef Timothy Reardon, satisfies 310babii’s desire to bridge the gap between high-end Italian technique and the bold, unapologetic heat of Inglewood’s local food scene. During the development process, the duo experimented with varying spice profiles before landing on a specific blend of Italian hot peppers and roasted garlic purée that met 310babii’s "fire" standard.
"Most people think a collab is just picking a favorite menu item, but we built this from the pan up," said 310babii. "I was in there with Chef Tim testing how the garlic purée hit with the peppers. We went back and forth on the heat levels until it felt like home. It’s cooked from scratch, it’s fresh, and it’s something I’m proud to see on the shelf in my own neighborhood."
The final dish features sautéed spicy shrimp over spaghetti marinara, topped with rustic basil breadcrumbs, a texture 310babii insisted on adding to provide a "crunch" that mirrors his favorite West Coast comfort foods.
CULVER CITY LAUNCH EVENT
On Sunday, January 25, from 2 - 5 p.m., the collaboration goes mobile as 310babii arrives at the Culver City Everytable (12000 W Washington Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90066) in a custom-wrapped Fire Pasta van for a live-streamed event featuring a DJ set and an exclusive merch drop for lucky fans.
