What are the benefits of using Everytable @ Work?
Everytable offers healthy, scratch-cooked meals at a highly competitive pricing. Give your team nutritious and affordable meals with the convenience of it being delivered to your office or organization. In addition, receive 10% off and free delivery when spend minimum is met.
What are the fees?
There is no subscription fee. There is no start up fee. There is no gratuity, service or management fee. There is no delivery fee when spend minimum is met. Cancel any time.
How does delivery work?
A driver will deliver your food and call a centralized POC to retrieve the meals or set in a designated area.
When can I place my order?
You choose what time you want the food to arrive every day. The cutoff time is 90-minutes prior to the arrival time. Employees can also order up to 7-days in advance.
How often does the menu change?
Everytable is constantly changing out items on the menu. In general, every month we launch a unique partnership with a local brand, chef or artist. In addition, we rotate through new menu items and replace items on regular basis.
What about dietary restrictions and allergens?
We list 15 major and common dietary restrictions or allergens. Users can simply filter the menu by specific allergens or dietary restrictions.
Can I subsidize part of my employee’s meal?
Yes! You can offer your employees a daily or monthly per diem that functions as a discount of an individual employee's order at check out. You can choose any dollar amount or percentage off.
Are meals labeled?
Yes! All meals come labeled with the individual employee’s name on the meals they ordered. In addition, all nutritional information is on the label of every meal.
Do I get notifications?
Yes! Individual users can set their reminder preferences under their personal account. They can opt into getting email or text notifications reminding them to place an order and set what days and times they would like these notifications.
What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, the store will provide a similar substitution and include a note with your order. If you're not satisfied with the substitution, please contact us at support@everytable.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! To cancel your order, please reach out to support@everytable.com.
Can I edit my order after it's been placed?
At this time, orders cannot be edited once submitted. However, you can contact support@everytable.com to cancel your order and place a new one.
How does implementation work?
Implementation is easy! Everytable will request a list of email addresses and send your team a Welcome to Everytable email. The email will include details surrounding the program and link for employees to sign up. They will create an individual account which will then give them access to a dedicated domain restricted page only for your organization.
